1.Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging and labeling requirements, transportation and storage of polypropylene spunbond / meltblown / spunbond composite Non Woven Fabric ( hereinafter referred to as SMS ).

This standard applies to 10 g / m2 — > 80g / m2 polypropylene SMS products with polypropylene as the main raw material

The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through quotation from this standard. For dated reference documents, all subsequent amendments ( not including errata content ) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, parties that have reached an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents. For the cited documents without date, the latest version is applicable to this standard.

3.Terms

GB / T3291.3 established and the following terms apply to this standard

3.1 Hard block

Refers to the hard lumps caused by the dripping of the melt.

3.2 stiff wire

Refers to the unstretched hard wire.

3.3 Turning the Net

It refers to the phenomenon that the fiber web is seriously uneven due to being hung by foreign objects before being reinforced.

3.4 folding

It refers to the superposition of fiber webs that are superimposed together and after reinforcement, different from other places.

3.5 Hole

Holes with an area of more than 4mm2, with no fiber in the middle are holes.

4.Technical requirements
